Our Wonderment team had a great time at the 2016 Global Leadership Summit held this week at Edmodo Headquarters - hosted by our friends at the Global Education Network, VIF International Education, World Savvy and iEARN.
As "asking the kids what they think" is our JAM, we were pleased to kick off the conference with our Wonderment kids' thoughts on global education and why it's important. Enjoy!
As we all navigate the current learning landscape together, it’s so helpful to check in with each other and find out what’s working, what we can improve and what’s to be expected in the future. We’ve found ourselves lucky to work alongside teachers, administrators and thought leaders to get their ideas -- now we want to ask the kids, our 21st Century Learners, what they think!
We’ve teamed up with Les Tablettistes, a bilingual forum held February 17th in Toronto, Canada that brings together leaders in education, media, and tech to explore the challenges and opportunities for the future in a digital world.
Check out these three new Wonderment Paths and have your students tell us what they think:
By popular request from our Wonderguide educators to loop in parents & guardians about the Wonderment and their classrooms' participation, we've created a simple printable PDF. The making of our newest Wonderment Path "How Can You Show Aloha?" is near and dear to our hearts. For this Path Challenge, we were lucky enough to get access to friends, family and stories rooted in these special islands to share with all of you on the Wonderment. From Jenn:
